Klaus Zimmermann CommonAge CEO and founding Director was recenty invited by the Australian Federal Government to accompany the Federal Trade Minister on a trade mission to India.

CommonAge has received numerous applications from around the Commonwealth. Applications have now been considered and offers made. Once offers have been accepted we will provide further information as to the succesfull applicants.

A great opportunity for care homes around the globe to participate in the day engaging people who live in care homes; the staff; families and the wider community.

The statement comes from Klaus Zimmermann, former president of Aged Care Services Australia (ACSA) president and long-time chief executive in the aged care industry. Many aged care providers now have revenue turnovers in the many hundreds of millions of dollars and strong balance sheets to match. Others are much smaller but that only intensifies the need for best practice governance at the board room level.

The 2015 Conference theme – Global Communities Coming Together – is a fitting description of what will happen during the conference – connecting the diversity and interdependence of aged care around the globe, when those who are committed to ensuring the highest quality of life, care and support for our world’s elders come together to learn, innovate and share.
