Samantha is committed to supporting emerging leaders and young professionals throughout Australia’s aged care industry, helping employees to understand the opportunities before them and connecting them with established leaders who can support them to step up and shine. Over the past four years, Samantha has worked with organisations and individuals from across Australia through national events, and presented internationally on millennial engagement. She has even created an innovative e-Mentoring Program for Australia’s aged care industry.
