Bursary Recipient at the IFA Global Conference 2025
We are excited to introduce Margaret Njagi, one of our 10 bursary recipients attending the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) Global Conference in Cape Town, South Africa (9–12 September 2025).
🇰🇪 Margaret is the Founder & Director of Charis Eagle Springs (Kenya), where she leads with empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to community empowerment.
Her impactful work focuses on:
✅ Capacity-building training
✅ Theatre-based community engagement
✅ Economic empowerment initiatives
✅ Feeding programmes that uplift vulnerable groups
Guided by a philosophy of people-centered leadership and unwavering patience, Margaret’s mission is to create opportunities that inspire growth, nurture talent, and improve livelihoods — particularly for older adults and vulnerable populations.
We are proud to have Margaret representing Kenya at IFA 2025, where she will contribute her passion and perspective to global conversations on ageing, equity, and community-driven change.
