Hammond Care is inviting submissions for the 2016 International Dementia Conference Grand Designs: “Are we there yet?”

The conference will take place on the 16th and 17th June 2016, in Sydney, Australia.

Submissions of oral and ‘e-Poster’ presentations on a range of contemporary and critical themes are being called for.

Deadline for submissions: 30 October 2015.
