We are delighted to announce that the Foundation’s Board of Governors has approved the appointment of Jacqueline Wong as a Civil Society Advisory Governor for Asia on a two-year term, commencing June 2025 through June 2027.

They warmly welcome her to the Foundation and look forward to her valuable insights and contributions as they continue to strengthen their engagement with civil society and advance thier shared mission.

Population ageing affects all Commonwealth states. Even in countries with predominantly young populations, people are living longer and are developing more complex health and social needs as they age.

However, as long as they remain healthy and well, they also have the capacity to contribute wisdom, skills and experience to their communities.
