Anthony is the City of Vancouver’s Strategic Lead for Aging and Older Persons, appointed in 2024, responsible for policy and coordination across city departments. He earned an MA in Gerontology from SFU (2009) and has over 19
years of experience leading seniors’ centres—most recently as Executive Director at the West End Seniors’ Network (2015–2021) Anthony also serves on the board of the British Columbia Psychogeriatric Association and previously held leadership roles with the Alzheimer Society BC, UBC medical neurology, and geriatric programs in Ontario.
