We are proud to announce Richard Waindi, Founder & CEO of AgeWatch Africa Foundation and Chairman of CommonAge Kenya Chapter, as one of the distinguished recipients of the IFA 2025 Bursary.

With over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management, Richard’s expertise spans audit, risk management, policy, and governance across Kenya’s vital sectors, including energy, agriculture, manufacturing, engineering, construction, and banking.

As a visionary entrepreneur, Richard leads AgeWatch Africa in championing long-term care and support for graceful ageing. Under his leadership, the foundation partners with global stakeholders such as HelpAge International and CommonAge to advance impactful ageing initiatives.

At the upcoming IFA Global Conference 2025 in Cape Town (9–12 September), Richard will share his invaluable insights and amplify the voice of African leadership in global ageing discourse.
